1. What is the regular turnaround time for pattern and sample?

Normally two to three weeks.

2. Can you provide rush services for faster turnaround for pattern fitting and sample?

Yes, we can do 1-3 days rush services with extra charge.

3. I need my pattern and sample ASAP. What’s the fastest turnaround for each services?

We have one day turnaround for superfast services.

4. Can you fix a pattern made from another Studio?

Yes, we fix and make adjustments for your existing pattern.

5. What are the costs to do pattern, to sample and/or production?

6. I need to do a production. Can you do it?

Yes, we can handle any production starting from one piece.

7. What’s the smallest order you can do on production?

There’s no minimum order.

8. What’s the regular turnaround time for a small production?

       Normally two to three weeks (approx. 50 pieces).

9. If I’m not in London, can I still work with you?

      Absolutely! We welcome clients outside of London and abroad. You can contact us through WhatsApp or any other form of video chat. We can receive the manual patterns by post and digital patterns by email because we have plotter printer in our studio.

10. What is your MOQ (Minimum Order Quantity) for production?

      We have a 1 piece per style minimum.

11. What type of products does Golden Pin produce? 

     We are great at men’s wear and women’s wear, including leather, activewear, high stretch, and outdoor wear, and most clothing with a purpose. 

12. Why should I manufacture in London and not overseas? 

     After you factor in the cost of headaches, time loss, shipping costs, mistakes, and poor quality, your bottom line can be pretty similar to manufacturing in London. The per piece price is higher in London but it is those hidden costs that start to add up and in the end the advantage is clear. By making in London, your team can communicate with you real time, they can problem solve and we can offer smaller quantities. 

13. Are my ideas confidential? 

     Absolutely! We will sign a non-disclosure upon request, and we can provide one upon request also. We place a great emphasis on keeping your ideas confidential, and your confidentiality is extremely crucial to our success as a company.
